Final Bid
First...it's a good thing I didn't wait to put the bid in because I'm actually an hour behind the Auction timer. But the Final Bid for Team Madward is in, and our total, with THIRTEEN members, is $77. If you donated since the first of the month, you probably haven't gotten an email from me yet - but that doesn't mean that I haven't gotten your pledge submission - if you submitted and you're not listed below the break, shoot me an email.
Holy crap!
At around 11:30 this morning (Central time, where I am) - Team Madward hit $72 in pledges, with 12 team members.
When I was filling out the form to be put in the FGB directory and on the Teams compilation page-thing that had been set up, I asked Tara what she thought a good goal would be for the team - and we agreed on $50.
Needless to say, we've met and exceeded that goal. We were at $49 last night when I went to bed, too, which would have still made me very happy, but $72?
Holy-freaking...
I'd like to thank everyone who has joined Team Madward, and if anyone else still wants to be a part of this - I'll give you until 10:30 PM Central Time to get the form filled out.
ETA (5:09 PM CDT): The 10:30 PM deadline is to be included in the final auction bid - if you don't make this deadline and want to donate, either e-mail me at nlfrederick@gmail.com or Tweet me at @nlfrederick to find out if it's still possible. If you go the twitter route, be sure you're not all locked up because I won't get it if you're not (assuming we don't already follow each other).
